How to Get a Florida Medical Marijuana Card
Same-Day Process
Book an Appointment
Complete step one by filling out the Pre-Qualification form. You will then be able to complete Step Two by scheduling your appointment.
Talk to a Doctor
Our doctor will determine whether you qualify for a medical card after a quick 10-15 minute evaluation.
Get Your Card
If approved by our doctor, they’ll enter you into the Florida Medical Marijuana Use Registry the same day of your appointment. You’ll then receive an email that will allow you to log in to the registry and apply for your Registry ID card.
